A look back at AUS’s 2020 accomplishments

Before we leave 2020 too far behind, we want to take a moment to reflect on some of our accomplishments at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

While it was a challenging and unprecedented year, there are bright spots that demonstrate the resilience and strength of our AUS community, including: 

• Being ranked a Top 10 Large Airport by J.D. Power.
• Being ranked a Top 10 Best U.S. Airport by Condé Nast Traveler.
• Hosting two JetStream Music Festivals with 22 partner airports; Winning an ACI-NA Best in Airport Partnerships award.
• Announcing a new partnership with Hawaiian Airlines to bring nonstop service to Honolulu.
• Launching new & increased air service to destinations like Long Beach, Cancun, San Francisco and more.
• Increased cargo service by more than 30% year-over-year.
• Keeping passengers and employees safe with new and enhanced safety measures.
